What shipping services do you offer?
We offer shipping through Canada Post and FedEx, and we currently ship exclusively within Canada.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided during checkout. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Can we ship internationally?
At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada. We do not ship internationally.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $399. All orders are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx. Please note, a signature is required upon delivery.

What happens if my package is returned?
To avoid returns, please double-check that the address you provide is correct at the time of purchase. If your package is returned and is in unused condition with all original tags, we will offer you store credit.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2-3 days after confirmation. Packing time may take between 3-7 days, depending on the volume of orders. During peak seasons or sales events, shipping times may be longer, and your order could take 7-14 days to process.

What if my package is lost?
While we understand how frustrating this can be, once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages, and no refunds will be issued.
