Exchange & Refunds
At Ava glam hair, we are committed to providing high-quality hair extensions and excellent customer service. To ensure the satisfaction of all our customers, please review the following policy regarding exchanges and refunds.
Exchanges Only
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for eligible products within 7 days of your purchase. Please note the following conditions for exchanges:
- Store credit: will be issued when exchanging products eligible for return
- Final Sale: All clip-ins, lace frontals, and wigs
- Defective products: Contact us within 7 days for replacement or store credit.
- Items must be unaltered, in the original packaging with tags attached.
Important Notes
- We sell and ship within Canada only
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped, and marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact shipping carrier directly to resolve any issues.

• Eligibility: Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact. For hygiene reasons, any product that has been opened, tampered with, or shows signs of use cannot be exchanged.
• Timeframe: All exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
• Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at customerservice@avaglamhair.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once approved, we will provide further instructions.
Non-Exchangeable Items
• Hair products that have been used, or damaged.
• Clearance or sale items.
Order Issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our exchange-only policy. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase while maintaining product quality, and hygienic rules.
